Many people have low vitamin D levels due to limited exposure to sunlight, living in less sunny climates, or spending most of their time indoors. For this reason, many people choose to supplement with vitamin D3 daily.
For optimal support, vitamin D3 is often combined with magnesium and vitamin K2.
Dosage per Drop
- Vitamin D3: 25 µg (1000 I.U.)
- Vitamin K2 (MK-7): 20 µg
Vitamin D supports the absorption of calcium from the diet, while vitamin K helps direct calcium to the right places in the body, such as the bones. Together, they contribute to the maintenance of strong bones.
On days with sufficient exposure to strong sunlight, the need for additional vitamin D may be lower.
