Directions for Use
Apply a few sprays daily to the skin, such as on the legs, arms, or abdomen, and gently massage in. Leave on for at least 15 minutes for optimal absorption.
For sensitive skin, the magnesium oil can be diluted with water. Suitable for regular use.
